Bugfixes
Fixing bugs post jam:
- music doesn't play in menu screen, score screen, game over screen, and tutorial (first half)
- getting a "game over" breaks subsequent
- level score doesn't reset after finishing level
- the hole in the floor in the first level is annoying af
